Additional Mediation Sessions
Up to six hours of structured mediation at a reduced package rate. Ideal for couples who are ready to work through parenting, financial, property, support, or other divorce-related issues.

A 90-minute session focused on specific concerns related to your mediation process.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee.

Transparency and clarity are essential to our practice. Below are the details regarding our fees, deposits, and cancellation policy.
Deposits
- No deposit is required for the complimentary Clarity Call. A deposit is required only after you decide to begin mediation.
- The deposit amount is typically 15% of the total mediation fee for the first session.
- Once the mediation process begins, the remaining balance is due in advance for each subsequent session.
Services Included
- One initial confidential consultation to discuss your goals and the mediation process.
- One comprehensive intake and safety screening session.
- Two structured mediation sessions to explore and negotiate your agreement.
- A written summary of the understandings reached during the sessions.
- Each party is encouraged to have any proposed agreement independently reviewed by an attorney of their choosing before signing.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a fee.
- Failure to cancel within this window results in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel a session if a participant fails to show up without prior notice.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and should be made as early as possible.
- Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may require prepayment before future appointments are confirmed.
